Special Orders are orders for products that we ship to you from a location other than our brick and mortar stores and is not immediately available in store. These orders process like normal orders through our ecommerce system. By purchasing a product labelled as "Available By Shipping or Special Order" you are agreeing to the following terms:

That this transaction is treated like a prepay order, with the understanding that we will fulfil the order in a timely manner. This will often have more delays* than a standard order for an in stock product. If you have questions about what the estimated delay might be, feel free to contact us. Please note that a time estimate is not a guarantee. If an order has not yet been paid for, we can and will ask for it to be paid in full prior to shipping the item.

That while In-Store Pick Up is available, we will not have this product immediately available. We will, however, contact you as soon as feasible when the product is ready for pick up.

That some products might no longer be available for purchase due to the product being on backorder, discontinued, or for some other reason. In the case of such a situation, we will offer the nearest substitute product we have available. Depending on the product this may require an additional payment or refund of some portion of the original payment. If there is no nearest substitute or you decline the substitution, we will refund you the full amount.
