In-Store Pickup Policy

Photo ID Required

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store pickups. The name on the ID must match the name on the order, or that of an authorized pickup person — see Authorized Pickup below. A signature will also be required upon pickup of your order.

Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Driver's license
  • State-issued ID card
  • U.S. or foreign passport
  • Military ID

Credit Card Verification — Orders Over $1,000

For orders totaling $1,000 or more, the cardholder must present the original credit or debit card used to place the order at the time of pickup. The name on the card must match the name on the order and photo ID.

If the original card is unavailable, please contact us in advance of your pickup at 316-264-8600 so we can assist you.

Authorized Pickup

Only the individual named on the order may pick up the merchandise, unless an alternate pickup person has been designated and confirmed with our staff in advance. To designate an alternate pickup person, please notify us using one of the following methods:

  • Include the name in the order notes at checkout
  • Reply to your order confirmation email with the name
  • Call us at 316-264-8600 and inform our staff

Order Readiness & Hold Period

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 10 business days of the ready notification may be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you need additional time.
